She actually told me “are you even trying?”. HOW WILL I BE A TOP PERFORMER WITHOUT ANY HELP?!?! My supervisor was no where to be found and my peer advisor did not like helping me. Once I finally hit the production floor, my supervisor told me “you need to be a top performer in this company because if not it will mess up my pay” WHAT A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION! Asurion did not bother to fix the mistake THEY made). Our tests were scripted, we were given wrong information from all “trainers” “coaches” & “peer advisors.” They made mistakes with my shift THAT I WORKED HARD FOR. They do not teach up to production floor standards. I’m never the type of person to just up and leave but in this situation I felt like it was best because the company did not follow through with anything that they had to offer for employees.Īsurion’s training process is bogus. Long story short, they make it impossible to refer back to the handbook and don’t let you have access to company rules then try to blindside you with them - more. the man hung up on me and I never once said anything mean or nasty to him, my paper received in the mail from unemployment after wining my case even stated “there was no disrespect communicated on the agents end”. I do my phone hearing and FINALLY got to hear the call that was just so terrible. well shortly after all of a sudden asurion wants to appeal it. Asurion did not want to disclose the reason I was let go to the unemployment office and when they didn’t disclose the reason, the unemployment office started paying me. I didn’t get my final check until 2 weeks later even after Timothy Hawco said I could come pick it up myself.

And after ALL week of discussing with Geneva ( my coach at the time) that I moved to a new place, they asked if the address on file was a good address to send my last check to, I told them no because I had JUST moved THAT week! They ended up sending the check to the wrong address anyway. During the process of them letting me go, they wouldn’t not play the call back so I could hear it. for agents a customer mistreat can be ANYTHING but the rule isn’t listed in the employee handbook for you to reference to prevent violations. Long story short I got fired for a “customer mistreat”. Geneva Love became my supervisor and literally picked apart all of my success with the company. I worked for asurion for 3 years and have never had an issue with ANY of my supervisors up until the end of feb.
